• DISCLAIMER: Veerayatan International USA and its directors, officers, coordinators, and volunteers are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to registrants and/or to any of their guests, to their personal property, while attending the Veerayatan Global Conference including the hotel stay, attendance at the conference sessions and social events, and/ or tours, and travel for the conference, etc.

• Veerayatan International USA reserves the right to change convention plans (programs, activities, sessions, speakers, etc) without prior notification. No refund requests will be entertained due to any such changes.

• Registration confirmation will be emailed to the primary registrant’s e-mail address. Registrants must bring registration confirmation letter/email and picture ID to registration desk to collect registration material

• UNTIL June 1, 2014, CANCELLATION OF CONFERENCE INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION WILL INCUR A CANCELLATION FEE OF 50% OF THE REGISTRATION FEE PAID PER PERSON. NO REFUNDS AFTER June 1, 2014. A refund request must be sent via  e-mail to conf.refund@veerayatan-intl.org before June 1, 2014.

• Cancellation refunds will be made by the same method used for registration payment. Please allow 30 days for refund to be processed. The hotel cancellation must be managed directly with the hotel and hotel cancellation policies apply.

• The Conference registration cancellation does not IMPLY hotel cancellation. You also need to cancel Hotel Reservations yourself. 

• The forfeited amount of any cancellation charges are treated as a tax-deductible donation in U.S.A.

• Veerayatan International Global conference will be held at Hilton Hasbrouck Heights, 650 Terrace Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights, NJ 07604. Phone (201) 288-6100 or toll free (888) 370 0980 in Canada and U.S.A.

• The discounted rate of US $95.00 + tax per night per room is available. The room rate is for double occupancy, additional fees will apply for additional occupants in the room. Please mention Veerayatan Conference when you call the hotel to make hotel reservation.

• All attendees need to make their own reservation at their own cost.
